Chelsea FC is pleased to announce that Academy midfielder Ollie Harrison has signed a new contract with the club until 2029. The 20-year-old has established himself as a regular for the Under-21s and has gained valuable senior experience.
What happened?
Harrison joined Chelsea FC from Newcastle United as a 16-year-old in August 2023 and quickly established himself in our Under-18s squad. During his first season at Cobham, he captained the Blues to Under-17 Premier League Cup success and played a key role as the Under-18s secured the Premier League South title.
Why it matters for Chelsea FC
Harrison's new contract is a testament to his hard work and dedication to the club. He has shown great potential and has already made a significant impact on the team.
What comes next?
As Harrison continues to develop his skills, he will be looking to make a bigger impact on the team. With his new contract in place, he will be able to focus on his development and help the team achieve its goals.
And with the new season just around the corner, Chelsea FC is looking strong, currently sitting 10th in the Premier League with 52 points from 38 games, and 33 points behind leaders Arsenal. The team has scored 58 goals and conceded 52, with a +6 goal difference. Goals this season have been a highlight, with the team's recent form being LWDLL.
Congratulations, Ollie, on your new contract! We look forward to seeing what the future holds for you and the team.
